1. Who operates Przepisowo
Przepisowo is an online application operated by RWR Digital Solutions, Lukasz Pawel Reiwer, Eichenweg 3, 74219 Möckmühl, Germany. For help with the service, write to kontakt@przepisowo.cloud. You can also contact the operator at info@rwr-digital.de.
2. What the service does
Przepisowo lets you save and organize recipes, create shopping lists and meal plans, use selected AI features and share content with people you grant access to. Features and limits depend on your family's current plan. The service is a tool for everyday cooking, not medical advice or personal dietetic care.
AI can get an ingredient, quantity, allergen, nutritional value or cooking step wrong. Check its results before saving or using them, especially when preparing food for someone with allergies or specific dietary needs. If you use your own OpenAI key in the Unlimited plan, the key provider charges you directly for API use under your agreement with that provider.
3. Accounts, families and sharing
The person creating a family manages its invitations, plan and settings. A paid contract may be entered into only by a person authorized to act for themselves or the family. A parent or guardian is responsible for a minor's account. Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Content shared with your family, a trusted family or chat participants may be visible to them according to the settings you choose. Check the recipients before sending an invitation or sharing a recipe. Do not enter another adult's health information without their knowledge and an appropriate basis for sharing it.
4. Your content
You retain your rights in recipes, photos, notes and messages. You only permit us to store, process and display them as technically necessary for the Przepisowo features you choose, including sharing them with people you select. We do not sell your personal data or use private recipes in our advertising without a separate lawful basis.
Only upload content you have the right to use and that does not infringe another person's rights or privacy. Do not use chat for harassment, spam or unlawful material. Where a specific violation occurs, we may remove the relevant content or restrict access to the extent needed to protect users and the service; where possible, we will explain why. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
5. Plans and AI operations
The Free plan has no subscription fee. Paid plans are billed monthly. The features, limits and price for the selected plan are shown before purchase and in the family area. AI operations included for a month do not carry over to the next period. Operations bought in one-time packages are added together and do not expire at the end of a month; they are used after the current monthly allowance. A purchased package is added to the balance after payment is confirmed. If a payment is refunded or disputed, unused operations linked to that payment may be suspended until the matter is resolved.
The Unlimited plan requires your own OpenAI key. The plan fee covers access to Przepisowo features; OpenAI API charges arise separately on your account with the key provider. Other plans use the AI operations included by Przepisowo and any additional packages bought. A change to a plan or limit does not remove statutory rights or services you have already paid for.
6. Prices, payments and renewal
Before payment, you will see the selected plan or package, billing period and amount payable, including taxes applicable to that transaction. Tax may depend on the customer's country. Stripe processes payments; Przepisowo does not need your full card number. Any promotion applies on the conditions shown before you use it.
A paid plan renews monthly until cancelled. Changing plans in the billing area may result in a prorated charge or credit through Stripe; check the summary before confirming. We will inform you in advance of changes to future prices or terms. They do not take away your rights for a current paid period or any statutory termination rights.
7. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. An ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; you can use the plan until then. Open subscription management in the family billing area or use the public cancellation form. You may also write to kontakt@przepisowo.cloud. We will acknowledge your notice and inform you of the end date after reviewing the contract.
At the end of the paid period, the family moves to the Free plan and its limits. Cancelling a subscription is not, by itself, a request to delete the account or data. To request deletion, contact us or use the available account features; the Privacy Policy explains how data is handled and any statutory exceptions. Your right to end a contract early where the law permits remains unaffected.
8. Right of withdrawal from a purchase
If you are a consumer buying a monthly subscription or a one-time AI package online, you generally have 14 days from entering into that contract to withdraw without giving a reason. To meet the deadline, send a clear statement before it expires. You can use the online withdrawal form, email kontakt@przepisowo.cloud, or post a letter to RWR Digital Solutions, Lukasz Pawel Reiwer, Eichenweg 3, 74219 Möckmühl, Germany. We acknowledge a submission through the online form on a durable medium, such as email. The sample below is optional; your own words are enough.
Following an effective withdrawal, we will return payments due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your statement, using the same payment method unless we expressly agree on another method at no cost to you. If you expressly requested that the subscription service begin during the withdrawal period, and the statutory information requirements were met, a proportionate amount may be payable for the part actually provided. AI packages are separate one-time purchases; use of a package during the 14 days is assessed under the rules applicable to that particular purchase. Merely using the service or spending operations does not automatically remove the withdrawal right. Cancelling a subscription for the future and withdrawing from a purchase are different rights.

9. Availability and liability
We work to keep Przepisowo running, but do not promise uninterrupted access 100% of the time. Updates, network or supplier outages and events beyond our control can cause interruptions. If something goes wrong, let us know so we can work to resolve it. Your statutory rights for a faulty or unavailable digital service remain in place.
We do not limit liability for injury to life, body or health, intentional conduct, gross negligence or other claims that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for other losses is governed by applicable law. We recommend keeping your own copy of especially important recipes and lists; this does not reduce our obligations to you.
10. Changes to the service and these terms
We may improve Przepisowo, fix faults and adjust features for valid reasons such as security, legal compliance or technical change. If a change substantially impairs access to or use of a paid service, we will inform you in good time on a durable medium and respect your statutory rights. We will also notify you before material changes to these terms take effect for an ongoing contract. Such changes will not apply retrospectively to a consumer's disadvantage.
11. Data and privacy
The Privacy Policy explains which data we process for accounts, families, recipes, chat, payments and AI, who receives it and how to exercise your rights. It is presented separately before you create a family and remains available in the application footer. Accepting these terms does not replace a separate consent that may be needed for special data, such as health information you choose to provide.
12. Applicable law and disputes
German law applies, but this choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their country of habitual residence. If there is a problem, please first contact kontakt@przepisowo.cloud; we will try to resolve it with you. Your right to bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction remains unaffected.
