The essentials before you start

Przepisowo combines a private family recipe book, shared shopping and meal-planning help. The answers below explain access, payments and AI. The pricing page holds current prices and exact allowances so you can check one consistent offer.

Questions and answers

Is Free only a time-limited trial?

No. The Free plan has no time limit. Its saved-data and AI allowances are shown on the pricing page. Upgrade when your family needs more space or AI operations.

Is the price per person or per family?

Per family. Household members use their own accounts within one shared plan. The available number of members depends on the tier.

Do I need an App Store or Google Play application?

Przepisowo works in your phone or computer browser. Add it to the home screen when your browser supports that option. Native store applications are not currently offered.

Do recipes or lists become public?

No. You use a private family workspace. Share selected recipes with a trusted family for copying; connecting families does not reveal the whole book.

Which plan supports my own AI key?

Your own OpenAI key is available only in Family Unlimited and is required to use AI in that plan. Przepisowo does not apply its own AI operation quotas, but saved-data limits and your OpenAI account limits and costs still apply. Free, Family Plus and Family Pro use Przepisowo AI and optional paid AI packs.

Who pays for AI with a personal key?

In Family Unlimited, the key owner pays OpenAI for API usage separately from ChatGPT and Przepisowo subscriptions. AI in Family Unlimited is unavailable without your own key. Free, Family Plus and Family Pro use Przepisowo AI allowances; a paid pack can provide extra operations even when the plan allowance for a feature is 0.

What renews each month?

The AI operations included in your plan renew. Paid plans follow the family billing period shown in the plan panel; Free uses calendar months. Saved recipes, lists and household members do not reset.

Can I choose a cheaper plan if my data exceeds its limits?

Your current saved family resources must fit the selected plan. The panel shows exceeded limits. After reducing the amounts you can select an appropriate plan; changing plans does not automatically delete data.

Can I use AI output without reviewing it?

No. Check recipe quantities, units and steps. For meal plans, verify ingredients and individual health needs. AI helps prepare suggestions and can make mistakes.
